Memory murals:Growing up in South London I have always quietly admired the sighting of street art; bright and beautiful moments on otherwise mundane and brutal buildings, once desolate and abandoned now showing signs of life and spontaneity. I’d see them on my train rides to uni and overtime I’d adopt some of my favourite tag artists, and occasionally strolling through leek street or brick lane being pleasantly overwhelmed with the enormity and intensity. This led to one of first initial inspirations in art being graffiti.”
